Cooking Classes

Learn how to make Thai classic dishes so that when you get home you can revisit the tastes you enjoyed on your holiday, and at the same time delight your family and friends with your new cooking skills.

Our Thai cooking class has a choice of three different menus. Class duration is about two hours, and the venue is the lovely bright surroundings of @Beach Restaurant, directly on Karon Beach.

The package includes all ingredients, one chef’s hat, one recipe booklet, a certificate, and a photo CD. Reservations are made 24 hours in advance at the reception desk. Schedule upon request.

Menu A

• Glass noodles salad with minced pork and prawns
• Famous Thai seafood soup with mushroom and lemon grass
• Beef curry with potato, peanut and coconut milk
• Deep-fried prawns with tamarind sauce

Menu B

• Green papaya salad
• Chicken and coconut milk soup flavoured with galangal
• Deep-fried fish with sweet and sour sauce
• Sauté sliced pork with red curry paste and coconut cream

Menu C

• Deep-fried shrimp patties
• Chicken green curry with eggplant and coconut milk
• Fried Thai noodles with shrimps
• Stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts
